This ladies name is Patsy. She is an aboriginal woman living in the outback of the Northern Territory in Australia. She had caught turtles and duck and was preparing them for cooking on a traditional open fire oven in the outback. She and her husband hunt buffalo and dispense the meat to the local Aborigine families in the area, many of the elders of these families are to old to hunt and without the help of Patsy and her husband they would cease to exist.
